Tania Tolteca is a welcoming, goal oriented individual striving for justice in education. She currently serves as the Instructional Assistant CELDT Bilingual at Oxnard School District and Co-Chair of the K-12 Caucus at the National Association for Chicana and Chicano Studies. Previous to this, she was subpara-educator at Oxnard School district, and a Database Organizer at CLUE-VC. She also served as a Migrant Summer Leadership Institute Coordinator and an Educational Opportunity Program mentor at California State University – Channel Islands. She is a member of Dreamers Without Borders. She earned her Master’s degree in Chicana/o Studies at California State University – Northridge and earned her Bachelor’s degree in California State University – Channel Islands.
